“I have experience reviewing scientific papers in the fields of nuclear technology, nuclear materials, structural integrity, and engineering design methodologies. I consider peer review an essential part of the scientific process in ensuring that published work is technically sound, clearly presented, and consistent with the existing literature.
When reviewing manuscripts, I try to be thorough and constructive. I assess the consistency between objectives, methodology and results.  I pay particular attention to the way assumptions, uncertainties and limitations are presented. I also look for unsupported claims, unclear arguments or conclusions that go beyond the evidence provided.
In my view, a good review requires time and careful reading. Although this process can be demanding, I believe it is necessary to maintain the quality and credibility of scientific publications. My aim is not only to identify weaknesses, but also to provide useful feedback that can help authors improve their work.  A clear and efficient web interface can significantly facilitate the task, making it easier to follow editorial instructions and submit a complete review.
