Topical Collection Information
Dear Colleagues,
This Topical Collection aims to showcase recent advances in the study of financial markets across Asia, a region characterized by dynamic growth, regulatory diversity, and evolving investor behavior. We welcome submissions broadly situated within the area of quantitative finance, with emphasis on dynamic asset pricing, financial econometrics, and empirical market analysis tailored to the specific features of Asian economies.
In addition to contributions grounded in Rational Finance, we are particularly interested in studies incorporating modern tools such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and data science in the modeling and forecasting of Asian financial markets. We also encourage research that bridges Rational and Behavioral Finance, including work that connects market microstructure to investor psychology under conditions of asymmetry and volatility.
The Collection seeks to provide a scholarly platform that reflects the complexity, heterogeneity, and innovation emerging from Asian financial systems. Contributions addressing ESG integration, fintech, or policy implications in Asian contexts are also welcome.
