Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Gynecological oncology has entered an era of precision medicine, where advances in molecular biology, imaging, and targeted therapies are reshaping how we diagnose and treat women with cancer. The integration of genomics, artificial intelligence, and advanced imaging techniques allows for increasingly individualised care, improving both oncological outcomes and quality of life.

This Special Issue of the Journal of Personalized Medicine, dedicated to Gynecological Oncology, aims to bring together contributions that reflect the current progress and future directions of the field. Topics of interest include innovations in surgical and non-surgical management, imaging-based prediction models, molecular profiling, biomarkers for treatment response, and the role of minimally invasive and fertility-preserving approaches.

By bridging translational research and clinical practice, this Special Issue seeks to emphasise the importance of personalised strategies that move beyond a “one-size-fits-all” paradigm, ensuring that every patient benefits from the most precise, effective, and compassionate care possible.
