Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Lung cancers, including small-cell lung cancer and non-small-cell lung cancer, remain among the leading causes of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Recent advances in targeted therapies and immunotherapies have significantly reshaped the therapeutic landscape, offering renewed hope for patients with advanced or treatment-resistant disease.
This Special Issue aims to showcase the latest research and clinical developments in precision oncology for lung cancer. We invite the submission of original research articles, reviews, and clinical perspectives focusing on the following topics:
- Molecular targets and resistance mechanisms;
- Novel immune checkpoint inhibitors;
- Biomarker discovery and validation;
- Combination treatment strategies;
- Real-world data on targeted and immune-based therapies.
Submissions addressing the integration of omics technologies, translational research, and innovative clinical trial designs are particularly encouraged.
By bringing together cutting-edge science and clinical insights, this Special Issue aims to provide a comprehensive overview of current advancements and future directions in the personalized treatment of lung cancer.
