Dear Colleagues,
Lung infections can be pervasive and contribute to significantly poor outcomes in hospitalized and community adults. These lung infections may be acute and a single event, chronic in nature or complicate care for those with cancer and other chronic conditions. This Special Issue explores lung infections through the lens of prevention strategies and interventions required to restore health in both acute care and community settings. This collection of papers draws on evidence from around the globe, contributing to the existing body of knowledge associated with lung infections.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
