Best Paper Award

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the winners of the Genes 2019 Best Paper Awards. All papers published from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 in Genes were considered for the award. After a thorough evaluation of the originality and significance of the papers, citations, and downloads, the three winning papers, which were nominated by the journal’s Award Committee, have been selected and they are the following:
