Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
With the rapid development of computation and communication technologies, the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is regarded as a promising paradigm to provide advanced vehicle applications, including public safety, road information warning, intelligent traffic management, and so on. IoV hopes to achieve information interaction between the vehicle and all entities that may affect the vehicle, thus reducing accidents, alleviating traffic congestion, and providing other information services. A variety of dvanced techniques and applications can be involved in IoV and vehicle networks.
This Special Issue of Electronics aims to present state-of-the-art papers in the domain of the Internet of Vehicles and vehicle networks, including advanced techniques and applications. We are pleased to invite researchers to solicit novel and innovative research papers or insightful review papers.
In this Special Issue, original research articles and reviews are welcome to be submitted. Research areas may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Edge/Fog/Cloud computing for the Internet of vehicles;
- Network optimization for vehicle networks;
- Transmission optimization of vehicle networks;
- Application of artificial intelligence in vehicle networks;
- Cross-system design for vehicle networks;
- Vehicle networking in IoV;
- Vehicle intelligence in IoV;
- V2X;
- Internet of Vehicles;
- Vehicle ad hoc networks;
- Autonomous vehicles.
We look forward to receiving your contributions.
