IEEE 4th International Conference on Communications, Information, Electronic and Energy Systems (CIEES 2023)
The conference is aimed at providing an international forum for researchers, academics, people in industry, and students to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and experiences on all theoretical and practical issues arising in telecommunications, electronics, signal processing and applications, information technologies, energy, automotive and industrial engineering.
CIEES 2023 welcomes all high-quality research papers and presentations from related research fields. The conference will be in a HYBRID mode—face to face and/or virtual.
The conference is organized by the Association on Communication, Information, Electronic and Energy System and IEEE Bulgaria Section. The main conference sponsor is FAAC Bulgaria, and the media partner is the MDPI journal Electronics.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library® (index by EI, Scopus, WoS, etc.). A collection of invited papers selected by the Guest Editor and Organizing Committee will be published in MDPI’s Engineering Proceedings, an open access journal related to all areas of engineering (index by Scopus).
