Young Investigator Award
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the winner of the Biomolecules 2022 Young Investigator Award is Dr. Fuwen Yuan.
Dr. Fuwen Yuan is a Young Investigator who graduated from Peking University and is currently working in the Academy of Integrative Medicine at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Fuwen Yuan’s research interests are in the molecular mechanism of AR antagonists on prostate cancer treatments as well as the development of a gene editing system based on CRICSPR-Cas13/Cas9. Dr. Fuwen Yuan received his PhD in 2018 and has an excellent publication record, comprising 21 publications in peer-reviewed international journals. He is clearly a rising star in the cancer field of using novel approaches to bridge cancer and physiological processes and develop novel cancer treatment drugs.
As the awardee, Dr. Fuwen Yuan will receive an honorarium of CHF 2000, an offer to publish a paper free of charge before 31 December 2023 in Biomolecules after peer-review, and an electronic certificate.
