Recruiting Editors for New Section "Nano- and Micro-Technologies in Biosensors" in Biosensors

Biosensors is recruiting Editorial Board members for our new section:

Nano- and Micro-Technologies in Biosensors

Biosensors is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal on the technology and science of biosensors, published monthly online by MDPI. The journal has been covered by the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE-Web of Science), Inspec (IET), as well as Scopus. First Impact Factor expected in June 2020 (JCR—Clarivate Analytics). If you are an active researcher in the field and are passionate about participating in cutting-edge research publications, please do not hesitate to get in touch (biosensors@mdpi.com). As an Editorial Board member, you will have the following responsibilities:

To make decisions on whether a manuscript can be accepted, or not, based on the reports we collect;
Supervise at least one Special Issue related to your research field (you can publish an extra paper for free) within every two years;
Provide suggestions in specific cases (e.g., comment on submissions with two or more different review opinions; respond to requests or questions from the external experts);
Promote Biosensors and increase its visibility at related academic conferences.
