We have published the MDPI 2024 Annual Achievements Report, highlighting the impact we made in 2024—driven by our focus on delivering an efficient, high-quality publishing experience.

Focused on delivering an efficient, high-quality publishing experience, we remain dedicated to advancin open access scholarly publishing on a global scale.

Key Highlights from 2024:

Published 238,000 peer-reviewed open-access articles, with over 25 million article downloads.
Opened a new office in Seoul, Republic of Korea, strengthening global reach.
Grew workforce to 6,650 staff across 21 offices.
Tripled research integrity team and joined STM’s Integrity Hub and United2Act.
Strengthened partnerships with over 900 institutions, including a landmark agreement with ZB MED in Germany.
Over 90% of evaluated MDPI journals accepted in Web of Science, with nearly 300 expected to receive a Journal Impact Factor in 2025.
MDPI continues to prioritize author satisfaction, with 95% of submitting authors rating their experience as excellent or good.
