This year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of Beverages (ISSN: 2306-5710), an international, peer-reviewed, and open access journal on beverage research and development published bimonthly online by MDPI. With an impact factor of 3.0 and a CiteScore of 6.1, the journal is covered in Scopus, the ESCI (Web of Science), FSTA, CAPlus/SciFinder, PubAg, and other databases. The journal has published more than 790 papers from more than 2500 authors, and more than 2000 reviewers have reviewed the journal at least once.
