Reviewer 3 Report

This is an informative,  well designed and well written review of the role of antioxidants, water and emulsion on veiled extra virgin olive oils.

There is a number of minorediting and formatting issues throughout.

Line 10 - swop the word study for review

Line 131 & 148  pg 4 fix spacing between words

Line 472 - swop 'huger' for another ord e.g. larger/ greater etc.

Line 473 -  rephrase e.g. In Table 2 examples of emulsions enriched with active molecules are reported/ presented

Line 498 - replace 'worse' e.g. lower/ reduced

Line 500 - Insert comma: Also,

Line 511- rephrase  as the point is not clear.

           - watch page numbering it seems to revert to pg 2 after pg 15

Line 516 - be consistent in your English spelling - mostly in UK but some US spelling also - change ' molds' to moulds

REFERENCES - the list is inserted twice. Remove one version.

Also, formatting is not consistent. Specifically on following lines

543, 572,579,615,680,789,797,808,
