The article presents an interesting analysis of biomedical images obtained by magnetic resonance imaging to quantify fatty infiltration with the presence of fatty infiltration in age and assess the possibility of pathologies associated with such infiltration. Quantitative methods based on various image texture indices provide more reliable results than several classical measurements, so the methods are of undoubted interest in supporting the diagnosis of these pathologies. In general, the purpose, methods and results are clearly stated and of sufficient interest to be published.

My impression of the article is fairly good and interesting. The primary critique concerns the casual and inaccurate application of the term 'fractal,' which is utilized in a manner that lacks mathematical precision. Furthermore, there are aspects of the manuscript that would benefit from refinement, particularly with regard to the formal aspects of equations and tables. Lastly, the statistical analysis presented within the document could see significant enhancements through the incorporation of correlation analysis.
