- The title is good and appropriate for the proposed scientific research.
Response: Thanks for your.
- You have not performed a well scientific background review!! Rewrite better
Response: Thanks for your comments. We have revised the manuscript according to your suggestions.
- You have to accordingly change your title to include this also
Response: Thanks for your comments. We have revised the manuscript according to your suggestions.
- Research design/Methodology Clearly described and reproducible Before starting the design of any scientific research, the scientific researcher must choose the scientific method that fits with the subject of his research study. We have to distinguish between design and scientific methodology, design is the plan, while the scientific methodology is the means that you use to investigate your research interests, and we can say that the design of scientific research is the detailed plan for how to manage scientific research, and that the researcher’s choice of research type, whether it is qualitative research or quantitative research, affects Significantly in the design of scientific research. Therefore, we advise the researcher to follow the steps of writing the scientific research so that it is a valid fruit within the reach of future generations, as the current research has nothing less than what was mentioned.
Response: Thank you for your explanation of design and scientific methodology. We have revised the manuscript according to your suggestions.
- The neatness of the article must be improved. There are many paragraphs, some of which are long and some of which are short , which appear to be disorderly.
Response: Thanks for your comments. We have revised the manuscript according to your suggestions.

Please inform on the age of the seeds and the way they were conserved since they were harvested in 2019 until the time of the beginning of the experiment to get an idea of the status of the control.
Conclusions should go beyond repeating the main results, where a message of generality, of trends, of scope, is perceived, based on the results obtained, but without focusing on them.

The manuscript «Changes of protein expression in Allium mongolicum seeds under high temperature and humidity» of Song X. et al. described the changes at proteome level in seeds of Allium mongolicum. In present work were used modern methods as well as new data was presented.
However some questions and remarks need an attention:
1. The title do not correlated with results and aim of research. It needs to rewrite. Maybe: the accelerated aging effect on………
In title pointed the changes of proteome under high temperature and humidity. BUT it is a tool for reach a faster aging. Further in results all data presented as a comparison of different level of aging.
According to present title the experiment design might be as comparative analysis of high temperature, humidity and their combination on proteome of seeds
2. Lines 85-86 ….. safe storage …. Please, clarify, how information about proteome can be used in this case. Or rewrite this sentence according present data
3. Conclusion. Lines 432-433. Again some problems with interpretation of factors or aging effect?
It seems that presented effects on proteome changes are result of Hight temperature and humidity effects. But which factor from these are mainly affected on these parameters?
If we tell about aging, maybe it would be better checked the seeds from collection, that saved under optimal condition for different period (1, 5 and 10 years – as example). In this case it will help to detect marker proteins for natural changes in aging.
Maybe for avoid this, to add the information about this method (faster aging) and for what it uses and in discussion or conclusion pointed about changes that we have and what we can get in result if we will use this method
4. Please, check references list, according to rules for author if you write the full name of journal, after it and before year the (.) – full stop is not needed

Response: Thanks for your comments. We have changed the title of the manuscript. 《TMT-based proteomic analysis of the causes of reduced seed viability in Allium mongolicum under accelerated aging》
2. Lines 85-86 ….. safe storage …. Please, clarify, how information about proteome can be used in this case. Or rewrite this sentence according present data
Response: Thanks for your comments. It has been revised in the article. “In addition, this study will provide a theoretical basis for the mechanism of seed ageing and lay the groundwork for the mining of related genes.”

Response: Thanks for your comments. The accumulation of ATP-dependent RNA helicase-like protein DB10 (Unigene0060546) and β-D-glucan exohydolase (Unigene0008772) improved the anti-aging ability of the seeds.

The conclusion needs corrections. The first sentence: The present study was focused........ better to move on in Introduction section or aim of the stuty, or delete. But conclusion have to contein the sum up information according all results. Maybe better to start from: For the first time was investigated.......... Some proteins (.......) were detected at........It was supposed that the activation of these proteins conect with their role in prevention of oxidative stress......
It is just example.
