Reviewer 2 Report

This is an important paper that I would recomment for publication.

Perhaps it should be discussed  what would be needed to implement this in schools. What does this mean for special education and the idea of full inclusion? The teaching methodology in particular is very structured and may be difficult to implement in a full inclusion classroom where a pull-out situation may not be 'allowed'. I would be great if you could discuss these tensions a bit.
