I believe that in general the manuscript needs to be written more clearly and coherently in different parts of the manuscript. The article includes the model of the channels, which although they contextualize the work, it is not used in the analysis of the system's performance. The same can be said about the LED and PD models. From my point of view, the structures shown in Figures 11 and 12, although explained, do not provide the reader with a clear explanation. The eye diagram of the results is shown as well as the bit error rate, but no comparison or relationship is shown.
