This paper investigates the hydrodynamic performance of a three-dimensional numerical model of an oscillating water column. Sufficient literature review is available which adds strength to the article. Overall, the article is well written, but consider the following points before publication.

  • Why openFOAM software is used? Justify your selection.
  • On what basis the dimensions of the OWC numerical model are fixed? – Line 129

The conclusion can be improved.
