The Authors well described an argument of current interest for the scientific community, which the impact of diet on the response to checkpoint inhibitors. The paper is well structured and easy readable. 

I have only few minor observations:

1) Please edit Table 1 description.

2) I suggest to include a Table which summarize main papers and their features on the argument
