A very well written manuscript. The methods are described adequately and the conclusions are supported by the results. An interesting research with interest to the readers.

Th only thing that is needed – maybe a

• Please use the upper case Greek letter for indicating the diameter of the reinforcement bars
• Please detail more why it was used the Prandtl diagram for the reinforcement (figure 16)
