Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper describes a complex problem of obtaining of right operation of the isolated power system. The value of work is raised by the fact that it is devoted to the real solution. However, in the reviewer opinion, the most significant disadvantage of the work is lack of deeper presentation of the mentioned in its contents algorithms; e.g. all applied equations are as simple as possible(!).  Moreover, these contains the significant mistake depending on using the "x" sign while scalars are multiply. The "x" sign is reserved for vectors multiplication.

Next, the Authors repeatedly use untypical quantities(!) without providing their units, i.e. [A], [VA], [As].

Also, the Authors should make any decision according to notation of indexes in quantities, i.e. if simple font or italic font is used. Now, differents types of fonts are applied.

Reviewer 2 Report

In General, i have a good impression about this article. It is dedicated to a control of electricity generation in micro-grid systems. Some novel results in this area could be of interest to the readers of the journal. I have only five minor comments:

1.There is no need to write similar affiliation three times.

2.It seems that title should be changed. Instead of "Island system" could be "Microgrid system". The influence of "high wind generation" on the proposed system is not clear. There is also photovoltaic part, why it is not mentioned? May be it would be better to use "renewable energy" in the title?

3.The abstract and conclusions are too common for such practical-oriented study. It is necessary to add and discuss specific results.

4.Scientific novelty should be justified. There are a lot of articles in this area. Please, update reference list with recent studies and clarify knowledge gap, which is covered by this research.

5.Why Rome numbers were used for tables?
