Cover Story: In today’s flexible labor market, the concept of employability has become important. These measures are in line with a social welfare perspective, which portrays newly arrived migrants in need of nurture and support. We aimed to expand the research on labor market induction and integration by focusing on how information on establishment, and labor market induction is presented.
