Too little information is contained in the introduction.
Maybe a comparison with other methods under heavy loads?
What are the results of other researchers?
Can he perform tests not only according to the standard?
What was the validation of the test device?
No information on the lubricants used.
No explanation as to why this methodology was used and
not another, why exactly such time intervals were chosen?
The results are presented, inter alia, in the form of graphs
(very low R2). Very poor discussion of results.
No explanation as to why such good results were obtained.
Maybe this is due to the lack of information on the
composition of the lubricants used?

Figure 1. Four ball tester and four ball test configurations in the ball pot. est configurations in the ball pot.   The idea is good, however the systems seems commercial one. Please make clear if this is a new machine or a commercial one. You said: “we have developed a four-ball test method to control and measure the 53 speed ramp up time or delay in motor speed in the four-ball tester, whose effect on weld 54 load, friction and wear is investigated for two types of greases”. Ok, that is very interesting, so why the picture is a commercial one? Ducom four ball tester ….is this a commercial name or an invention? Is it patented?

“Fictitious” is a weird world, so the discussion is interesting.

I see is your company, congratulations, so please add the symbol TM or registed after the trademark.

Many tribological apparatus have been designed and standardized to study the wear behavior of materials by the development of nanocomposite greases technology 

  • Two commercial high weld load greases: you must describe the chemical properties. Even you mad this senstence: friction performance of grease were improved without modifying 190 the grease chemistry…but what was it?
  • Result are quite nice but conclusions weak, some must be written as points, give each contribution or claims as a point or bullet.
  • State of the art: very poor, you must describe:

Oil analysis, is the laboratory analysis to determine a lubricant’s characteristics, pendent contaminants, and wears debris. This analysis helps in forecasting the life of a particular machine and hence the trends can be established, which intern help eliminate costly repairs. Also it could help Sustainability analysis of lubricant oils for minimum quantity lubrication based on their tribo-rheological performance, Journal of Cleaner Production 164, 1419-1429 is the best example of good work about oil description.
  • Ball on flat is another technique, which are the main differences inn expected behavior?

Please provide a better version soon, it is very interesting. Make a better introduction and state of the art, Pereira for instance worked hard in lubrication, see above.
