Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Congratulations to the authors for the very interesting work. Fluid setting and well conducted work. The need to find more adequate points for lung screening born from the needs in Asia and in any case a reason for research and refinement for the rest of the world. New technologies and research will certainly be a greater support, but we must be the ones to direct them. Good references and conclusions. I hope you will further develop the work with data and application of future research.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The authors chose very interesting, important and challenging topic. Lung cancer is major cause of cancer-related death in both genders, thus the successful screening programs are very important for this group of patients.

The authors organized well the manuscript- which screening possibilities are currently in use, what are the flaws, what can be improved and how it can be implemented in the practice.

In my opinion no further improvement in methodology is needed.

The conclusion is relevant.

I do not have additional requirements regarding figures and table.
