- Unexplained acronyms should not be used in the Title, Abstract, or Keywords.

-The manuscript should be thoroughly proofed for language and grammar.

-The introduction part should be enriched with more recent studies, suggested;

https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jpba.2021.114250

https://doi.org/10.1016/j.saa.2022.121029

-The number of studied participants is low; authors should power analysis.

-Please provide references for your material and methods, such as;  Plasma glucose concentration was determined by the glucose oxidase method.

-Please control numeral expressions for consistency;27,41 ± 5,73

-In table 1; please give variables by means of expressions such as age(mean, SD)

-In Table 2 explain abbreviations; what is  DP?

-In Figure 3, control and PCOS are presented in the same color, I suggest changing colors for the groups.

-Figure 5; resolution should be checked

-Discussion part should be discussed referring to their results. In this way, it is tough to follow new findings.
