This manuscript describes  the usefulness SKA3 as prognostic marker for urothelial bladder cancers. Experiments were well conducted. This manuscript was well written and is acceptable for publication at the present form.

This is a rather interesting paper about the espression level of SKA3 gene, wich is markedly increased in patients with high progression risk and poor prognosis.

It could become a viable predictive marker for bladder cancer progression.
