The study proposes the measurement and prediction of coupling coordination level of economic development, social stability, and ecological environment. The logic is clear and has a certain social significance. However, the study has the following problems:

1. As far as the reviewer knows, there are many studies on the coupling relationship between economy, society, and ecological environment. What are the innovative aspects of this study? The Innovation is not fully reflected in the Introduction.

2. The description of Figure 1 in Section 2 is too verbose to clearly show the core content of Figure 1. And relevant arguments should cite literature to justify.

3. The sources and references of each indicator in the indicator system should be listed.

4. Some indicators, such as average temperature, average precipitation, etc., should be moderate indicators and cannot be defined as positive or negative.

5. The capitalization in Table 1 should be unified.

6. For the conclusion and discussion, whether it is possible to give suggestions to improve the coupling coordination degree. The study only presents objective results and lacks policy recommendations.
