Reviewer 2 Report

The article is interesting and relevant to the field. The structure, length, and selected methods are suitable for analysis and clearly described. The abstract is clear and presents the research results as well, as well as conclusion section.

The authors of the article clearly presented the contributions of the presented study. The article has practical value.

I have the following comments for the authors:

1.     The citation of the authors in the text should be provided according to the journal requirements, not like:  “A. Baldominos, I. Blanco, A. J. Moreno, R. Iturrarte, O. Bernardez, C. Afonso…” or “…study by M. Ciuna, F. Salvo, M. Simonotti”……..

2.     Lines 345, 354 the “thick client" should be all the time in quotes, not like thick client.

  1. The survey questions (questionnaire template) should be presented as a separate Annex to the article.
