The work is good, but there are some Abbreviations needs explanation(line 35). The length L1, L2, L3 does not have a logical explanation[ line 97 - 101]. No mention about Torsion angle 180deg, which is contradictory to the explanation under the Results and discussions section [line 251-252 and 271-272]. Overall the work is good.
