Reviewer 2 Report

I mentain my comments from the first review:

"The article addresses a fairly common topic, which is not innovative, regarding arteriopathy in diabetes. The importance of the subject is related to the large number of patients with these problems in current practice.
The article is written clearly and concisely, well documented, with relatively recent references.
It impresses the large number of subjects included in the study, so that the results are statistically credible and significant. This represents the strength of the article.
The study methodology is correct, without ethical problems.
The results are presented clearly and unequivocally. The conclusions are concise and reflect the results obtained."

The authors included three recent references (2019), from the previous version, as I suggested. So, I recommend publication in this form.
