MSF-Net: A Data-Driven Multimodal Transformer for Intelligent Behavior Recognition and Financial Risk Reasoning in Virtual Live-Streaming

With the rapid advancement of virtual human technology and live-streaming e-commerce, virtual anchors have increasingly become key interactive entities in the digital economy. However, emerging issues such as fake reviews, abnormal tipping, and illegal transactions pose significant threats to platform financial security and user privacy. To address these challenges, a multimodal emotion–finance fusion security recognition framework (MSF-Net) is proposed, which integrates visual, audio, textual, and financial transaction signals to achieve cross-modal feature alignment and multi-signal risk modeling. The framework consists of three core modules: the multimodal alignment transformer (MAT), the fake review detection (FRD) module, and the multi-signal fusion decision module (MSFDM), enabling deep integration of semantic consistency modeling and emotion–behavior collaborative recognition. Experimental results demonstrate that MSF-Net achieves superior performance in virtual live-streaming financial security detection, reaching a precision of 0.932, a recall of 0.924, an F1-score of 0.928, an accuracy of 0.931, and an area under curve (AUC) of 0.956, while maintaining a real-time inference speed of 60.7 FPS, indicating outstanding precision and responsiveness. The ablation experiments further verify the necessity of each module, as the removal of any component leads to an F1-score decrease exceeding 4%, confirming the structural validity of the model’s hierarchical fusion design. In addition, a lightweight version of MSF-Net was developed through parameter distillation and quantization pruning techniques, achieving real-time deployment on mobile devices with an average latency of only 19.4 milliseconds while maintaining an F1-score of 0.923 and an AUC of 0.947. The results indicate that MSF-Net exhibits both innovation and practicality in multimodal deep fusion and security risk recognition, offering a scalable solution for intelligent risk control in data-driven artificial intelligence applications across financial and virtual interaction domains. E-commerce virtual anchors’ live-streaming sales represent a critical intersection of virtual human technology and artificial intelligence (AI), paving the way for new developments in digital marketing. Recent advancements in AI have significantly enhanced the intelligence of virtual anchors, driving increased consumer acceptance. As intelligence is a key determinant of user adoption, this study employs a mixed-methods approach combining grounded theory and quantitative analysis to conceptualize, structure, and measure virtual anchor intelligence. The grounded theory results reveal that virtual anchor intelligence encompasses multiple capabilities—manifested in guidance, recognition, analysis, and feedback during human–computer interaction, which enable effective hosting and sales performance. Four core dimensions of intelligence are identified: guidance intelligence, recognition intelligence, analysis intelligence, and feedback intelligence. Following established protocols for scale development, we constructed and validated an 18-item measurement scale, demonstrating strong reliability and validity. Empirical findings indicate that while guidance intelligence exerts an adverse effect on consumer participation, the remaining dimensions have positive effects, mediated by perceived shopping value. This study provides a comprehensive framework for understanding and measuring virtual anchor intelligence, elucidating its underlying mechanisms. The findings lay a theoretical foundation for future research on e-commerce virtual anchors but also offer practical implications for optimizing live-streaming strategies and advancing the design of virtual humans. Digital transformation has re-engineered tourism marketing and how destination branding competes for tourist attention, yet scholarship offers little systematic quantification of these changes. Drawing on 160 peer-reviewed studies published between 1990 and 2025, we combine grounded-theory thematic synthesis with a random-effect meta-analysis of 60 datasets to trace branding performance across five technological eras (pre-Internet and brochure era: to mid-1990s; Web 1.0: 1995–2004; Web 2.0: 2004–2013; mobile first: 2013–2020; AI-XR: 2020–2025). Results reveal three structural shifts: (i) dialogic engagement replaces one-way promotion, (ii) credibility migrates to user-generated content, and (iii) artificial intelligence–driven personalisation reconfigures relevance, while mobile and virtual reality marketing extend immersion. Meta-analytic estimates show the strongest gains for engagement intentions (g = 0.57), followed by brand awareness (g = 0.46) and image (g = 0.41). Other equity dimensions (attitudes, loyalty, perceived quality) also improved on average, but to a lesser degree. Visual, UGC-rich, and influencer posts on highly interactive platforms consistently outperform brochure-style content, while robustness checks (fail-safe N, funnel symmetry, leave-one-out) confirm stability. We conclude that digital tools amplify, rather than replace, co-creation, credibility, and context. By fusing historical narrative with statistical certainty, the study delivers a data-anchored roadmap for destination marketers, researchers, and policymakers preparing for the AI-mediated decade ahead. The development of Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has brought new ideas and opportunities to destination marketing. However, existing studies lack sufficient empirical research to explore the impact of AI anchors on tourists’ travel intentions. To fill this research gap, this study explores the influence of perceived anthropomorphism and perceived playfulness on tourists’ telepresence, inspiration, and travel intention in AI virtual anchor-based travel livestreaming. Through the analysis of 291 valid data sets, it was found that in AI virtual anchor-based travel livestreaming, perceived anthropomorphism positively affects telepresence but does not affect tourists’ inspiration. Playfulness positively affects tourists’ telepresence and inspiration in AI virtual anchor-based travel livestreaming. This study also found that neither perceived anthropomorphism nor perceived playfulness directly affects tourists’ travel intention, but both can be achieved through the mediating effect of telepresence. The findings provide empirical evidence of the value for tourism researchers and destinations in adopting AI technology for livestreaming. Full article

(1) Background: With the deep integration of e-commerce and video technology, live-streaming marketing has emerged globally and maintained rapid growth. However, most of the current research on live-streaming e-commerce marketing focuses on merchants’ sales strategies and consumers’ purchase intentions, and there is relatively little research related to the risks of live-streaming e-commerce marketing. Nevertheless, with the development of live-streaming e-commerce marketing and its integration with technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality (VR), live-streaming e-commerce marketing still faces challenges such as unclear subject responsibility, difficulty in verifying the authenticity of marketing information, and uneven product quality. It also harbors problems such as the ethical misbehavior of AI anchors and the excessive beautification of products by VR technology. (2) Methods: This study systematically analyzes the scenarios of live-streaming marketing to elucidate the mechanisms of risk formation. Utilizing fault tree analysis (FTA) and risk checklist methods, risks are identified based on the three core elements of live-streaming marketing: “people–products–scenes”. Subsequently, the Delphi method is employed to refine the initial risk indicator system, resulting in the construction of a comprehensive risk indicator system comprising three first-level indicators, six second-level indicators, and 16 third-level indicators. A hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method (HFMGDM) is then applied to calculate the weights of the risk indicators and comprehensively assess the live-streaming marketing risks in live broadcast rooms of three prominent celebrity anchors in China. Furthermore, a detailed analysis is conducted on the risks associated with the six secondary indicators. Based on the risk evaluation results, targeted recommendations are proposed. This study aims to enhance consumers’ awareness of risk prevention when conducting live-streaming transactions and pay attention to related risks, thereby safeguarding consumer rights and fostering the healthy and sustainable development of the live-streaming marketing industry. (3) Conclusions: The results show that the top five risk indicators in terms of weight ranking are: Ethical Risk of the AI Anchor (A4), VR Technology Promotion Risk (F3), Anchor Reputation (A1), Product Quality (D1), and Logistics Distribution Service Quality (D2). The comprehensive live-streaming marketing risk of each live broadcast room is Y > L > D. Based on the analysis results, targeted recommendations are provided for anchors, MCN institutions, merchants, supply chains, and live-streaming platforms to improve consumer satisfaction and promote sustainable development of the live-streaming marketing industry. AI virtual anchors are an emerging innovation that are gaining significant attention, as they hold promising applications across various fields. This study examines how users perceive live product selling by AI virtual anchors and its impact on brand image and brand loyalty. A two-stage PLS-SEM and ANN approach was employed to analyze data from a sample of 336 individuals in China who had experienced and utilized AI virtual anchors for purchases during branded live streaming sessions. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and novelty positively impact brand image, with artificial neural network (ANN) analysis identifying brand image as the primary predictor. Furthermore, brand image acts as a mediator between these user perceptions and brand loyalty. These insights offer brand managers a strategic approach to utilize AI virtual anchors for fostering a positive brand image and building loyal customer bases. The study also contributes to the academic understanding of consumer behavior and brand management in the context of AI. Full article

Permanent highway support in deep coal mines now depends on the anchor drilling robot’s drill arm. The drilling arm’s trajectory planning using the conventional RRT (rapid-expanding random tree) algorithm is inefficient and has crooked, rough paths. To improve the accuracy of path planning, we propose an improved RRT algorithm. Firstly, the kinematic model of the drill arm of the drill and anchor robot was established, and the improved DH solution parameters and the positive solution of the drill arm kinematics were solved. The end effector’s attainable working space was calculated using the Monte Carlo approach. Additionally, to address the problem of the slow running speed of the RRT algorithm, an artificial potential field factor was introduced to construct virtual force fields at obstacle and target points and calculate the potential field map for the entire reachable workspace to improve the speed of the sampling points close to the target point. At the same time, the greedy approach and the three-time B-sample curve-fitting method were used simultaneously to remove unnecessary points and carry out smooth path processing in order to improve the quality of the drill arm trajectory. This was carried out in order to solve the issue of rough pathways generated by the RRT algorithm. Finally, 50 time-sampling comparison experiments were conducted on 2D and 3D maps. The experimental results showed that the improved RRT algorithm improved the average sampling speed by 20% and reduced the average path length by 14% compared with the RRT algorithm, which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this improved RRT algorithm. The improved RRT algorithm generates more efficient and smoother paths, which can improve the intelligence of the support process by integrating and automating drilling and anchoring and providing reliable support for coal mine intelligence. This study presents an insightful examination of the conceptual and practical facets of the Metaverse by establishing a novel theoretical framework underpinned by an empirical case study of the Sandbox platform. Anchored in the principles of legality, virtual-reality integration, technological affinity, and community-driven innovation, the paper elucidates the inherent characteristics and potentialities of the Metaverse. Through meticulous research, the paper investigates the antecedents and evolution of the Metaverse, postulating an open, decentralized, and self-regulating ecosystem predicated on user-generated content and engagement. Furthermore, an in-depth case study of the Sandbox elucidates the practical applications, challenges, and opportunities associated with the operationalization of the Metaverse. The study showcases how avant-garde technologies such as blockchain, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence are instrumental in fostering immersive experiences, safeguarding virtual asset ownership, and facilitating tailored services. Moreover, the paper accentuates the indispensable role of community engagement and continuous innovation in cultivating a flourishing Metaverse environment. The analysis exposes that the burgeoning development of the Metaverse is intrinsically linked to the amalgamation of the virtual and the tangible, extending the frontiers of the digital economy. As the development of science and technology has reached the point where the desire to travel to Mars has become a tangible reality, the physical limits of human movement are also part of the systematic research based on the space environment. The critical issues of radiation, altered gravity, hostile environment, isolation or confinement, and distance from Earth (travel time) are the five major hazards for astronauts during spaceflight. The prepared technology of space medicine is significant for physical health. However, how would the lone space exploration (2.5 to three years) affect the mental conditions of the astronauts? How can the space community keep astronauts safe from psychological obstacles, such as depression, conflict, resentment, bipolar disorder, obsession, and addiction? This paper explores the environmental factors of a healthy lifestyle (well-being) of the spacecraft. It presumes that a successful mission often relies on positive interactions between crew members and between the crew and ground personnel. The paper considers the mental sustainability from stress, emotions, and perceptions to improve human tonicity or vitality and argues a new mental strategy in space exploration policy that the role of an astronautical religion beyond human intelligence and artificial intelligence (AI) could be a psychiatric anchor (in a moral, ethical, and self-sacrificial context) of each astronaut and leadership of the space team as a psychoanalytical countermeasure, along with physical exercise, hobbies, pets, and virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) entertainment, especially in the case of unexpected crises where science and technology fail its general function.
