Pathogens | Section “Prions” Is Discontinued

After discussion with the Editor-in-Chief and consideration of the scope and focus of Pathogens (ISSN: 2076-0817), we have decided to close the Section “Prions”. All published papers and closed Special Issues will remain unchanged. All papers that are currently under processing in this Section will be moved to other Sections or be taken as regular papers of the journal. We still accept articles related to prions as long as they fall within the scope of Pathogens.
