International Journal of Neonatal Screening (IJNS, ISSN: 2409-515X) will be attending the 2023 APHL/ISNS Newborn Screening Symposium, which will be held from 15 to 19 October 2023 in Sacramento, California, USA.

The International Society of Neonatal Screening (ISNS) and the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) will jointly host a symposium on neonatal screening, genetics, and public health policy at state, national, and worldwide levels. It covers topics such as molecular technology, various conditions, quality improvement, family and public outreach, and follow-up care. Participants will learn more about these subjects and how they affect genetics and neonatal screening.
