Young Investigator Award
The nomination deadline of the Water Young Investigator Award is extended. Entries will be accepted until 31 March 2026. We are looking forward to nominations from all over the world.
The Water Young Investigator Award was established in 2017 to acknowledge the achievements of young investigators in the field of all aspects of water, including water science, technology, management, and governance. Nominations for each edition will be accepted from May to January of the following year for each edition, with winners notified by the end of March the following year.
The Prize:
– The first prize (one awardee): CHF 2000, an electronic certificate, and a voucher to waive the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for one submission in the Water journal (subject to peer review)—valid for one year;
– The second prize (one awardee): CHF 1500, an electronic certificate, and a voucher to waive the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for one submission in the Water journal (subject to peer review)—valid for one year.

Eligibility and Requirements
− Must have produced groundbreaking research and made a significant contribution to the advancement of all aspects of water, including water science, technology, management, and governance;
− Must be nominated by senior scientists.

– Scanned copy of doctorate certificate;
– Signed nomination letters from two established senior scientists.
