Recruiting Editors for Veterinary Sciences

It is our pleasure to inform that five topical sections have been set up in Veterinary Sciences in order to reflect the scope of research published in the journal. The Sections are as follows:

Anatomy, Histology and Pathology

Physiology and Nutrition

Clinical Veterinary Medicine

Veterinary Education, Veterinary Communication and Animal Behavior

We are looking to expand the Editorial Boards for the five sections to add to the expertise in these areas. The ideal candidate is an active, international, and experienced scientist in a research area related to the areas listed above. In addition, the candidate has a passion for journal editing, scientific communication, and digital publishing. We encourage anyone who is interested in applying to this position or who would like to recommend a potential candidate for this position to contact us by 31 October 2019.

Veterinary Sciences (ISSN 2306-7381) is an international, scientific, peer-reviewed, open access journal on veterinary sciences published quarterly online by MDPI. Veterinary Sciences is indexed by PubMed (NLM), Scopus (CiteScore 1.34), etc.

Members of the Editorial Board have the following duties:

  • To make decisions regarding whether a manuscript will be accepted or not based on the information collected;
  • To review a few papers per year;
  • To guest edit a Special Issue on a topic related to his/her research interests; and
  • To promote the journal and increase its visibility at related academic conferences.
