Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Agricultural economics and rural development are pivotal to achieving global sustainability goals, particularly in the context of climate change, digital transformation, and evolving policy frameworks.

This Special Issue focuses on the relationship between agricultural economics and rural development considering these factors, aiming towards sustainability.

It aims to cover agricultural production, market, finance, rural poverty alleviation, infrastructure, and social aspects, as well as emerging trends such as digital transformation. While most studies examine these fields separately, this Special Issue seeks to emphasize the interconnections among them. By analyzing the significance of digital transformation and presenting case studies, this Special Issue hopes to offer comprehensive insights, fill research gaps, and help create more effective strategies for sustainable development.
