Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues:

Sustainability, an open-access journal, is now accepting original research manuscripts for a Special Issue on Value-Led Sustainable Solutions for Wind Power.

Wind power has become a significant generating source for electricity systems all over the world. It offers a renewable, broadly distributed form of energy that is environmentally friendly, entails a small spatial footprint, and is vital to stimulating economic growth. Contributions from across the wide spectrum of disciplines concerned with the advancements of wind power technologies will be featured of this Special Issue to create a collection of research articles, case studies, and reviews that deal with, but are not limited to, solution topics such as design and development; aerodynamic performance; modeling and simulation; planning and operation; on-shore and off-shore cases; condition monitoring and failure prevention; noise pollution mitigation; generation, conversion, and integration into the grid; power electronics and energy storage; power forecasting and security of supply; value creation of policy and economic options; social and environmental practices; applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning; and wind power education.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
