Summary of the 3rd International Conference on AI Sensors and Transducers (AIS 2026) Held on 2–7 August 2026

The 3rd International Conference on AI Sensors and Transducers (AIS 2026) concluded a week of innovation, discussion, and global collaboration with researchers, innovators, and industry experts from around the world. Discussions were carried out around cutting-edge themes of AI sensors and advanced sensing technologies.

A Landmark Gathering for the AI Sensors Community
Organized by MDPI, the open access journals Sensors, Micromachines, AI Sensors, Micro, Remote Sensing, Robotics and Technologies, and the Korean Sensor Society (KSS), this much anticipated in-person event was the largest edition yet in the flagship AIS conference series! AIS 2026 had the pleasure of hosting nearly 600 participants from 30 countries, delivering excellent invited and oral presentations. Participants also engaged and exchanged insights during the poster session. Conference awards were conferred to recognize the outstanding contributions and achievements of participants.
