European Conference on Integrated Optics - ECIO 2019
The European Conference on Integrated Optics has now reached its 21st edition. Photonic integration is an exciting and rapidly developing field, with growing activity at all technology levels, from high impact scientific research, through industrialization up to commercial products.
The 2019 edition will take place in the City of Ghent, which is described by the Lonely Planet as one of Europe’s Best Kept Secrets. The conference venue is located at het Pand, the culture and congress centre of Ghent University. Het Pand is a historical monument: this unique building is a former Dominican Monastry, situated beside the river Leie in the historic center of the city of Ghent.
