Travel Award

Dear Colleagues,

As Editor-in-Chief of Pharmaceuticals, I am pleased to announce the winner of the 2018 Pharmaceuticals Travel Award:

Shining LOO, a final year graduate student at Nanyang Technological University, whose research focuses on expanding the chemical space of active constituents in medicinal plants, with particular focus on cysteinerich peptides. She is planning to present her work “Mitochondria-targeting peptide from Hibiscus sabdariffa” at Experimental Biology 2018, San Diego, CA, USA. The award consists of 800 Swiss Francs to attend this conference.
