Travel Award

Dear Colleagues,

As Editor-in-Chief of Pharmaceuticals, I am pleased to announce the winner of the 2016 Pharmaceuticals Travel Award:

ZESERGIO MELO JEREZ, Postdoc fellow at the Instituto de Neurobiologia UNAM, whose research focuses on defining the role of the hormone prolactin (PRL) and its molecular variants known as vasoinhibins (Vi) on neuronal differentiation and neurite outgrowth. He is planning to present his work “Vasoinhibins Block NGF-Induced Neurite Outgrowth and Decrease Survival of PC12 Cells” at the The 39th Annual Meeting of the Japan Neuroscience Society (Neuroscience 2016). The award consists of 800 Swiss Francs to attend this conference.
