Pathogens Receives an Increased CiteScore of 6.8


We are pleased to share that Pathogens (ISSN: 2076-0817) has received an increased CiteScore of 6.8 in June 2025. The CiteScore ranks the journal 76 out of 357 titles (Q1) in the “Infectious Diseases” category, 15 out of 63 titles (Q1) in the “General Immunology and Microbiology” category, 39 out of 148 titles (Q2) in the “Microbiology (medical)” category, 79 out of 231 titles (Q2) in the “Immunology and Allergy” category, and 159 out of 410 titles (Q2) in the “Molecular Biology” category, an impressive achievement for a journal running in Volume 14.
