Travel Award

The Nutrients Travel Award was launched in 2019, and it is presented every year to encourage junior scientists to present their latest research at academic conferences in the field of human nutrition, which will help to grow their profile. The application process is open from April to October every year, and winners are announced by the end of December.

The Prize:
– CHF 800;
– A certificate;
– A free voucher for article processing fees, valid for one year.

Eligibility and Requirements

– Postdoctoral fellows or PhD students, research fellows, or clinical medical staff in their first 3 years of practice;
– Plans to attend an international conference in 2025 (oral presentation or poster).

List of Documents for Application

– Information about the conference that the applicant is planning to attend and the abstract that will be submitted;
– Curriculum Vitae and list of publications;
– Justification letter describing the focus of their research (max. 800 words);
– Letter of recommendation from their supervisor, research director, or department head, which also confirms the applicant’s status.
