As the Editors-in-Chief of Nutrients, it is our great pleasure to announce the winner of the Nutrients 2021 Best Ph.D. Thesis Award. The aim of this prize was to grant it to a Ph.D. student or a doctor who produced a highly anticipated academic potential thesis.
The award has been granted to:
“Gut microbiota, its modifications and the gut-brain axis”
By Dr. Julia Rode, Örebro University, Sweden.
The winner will receive CHF 500, a certificate and a chance to publish a paper in Nutrients in 2022.
