Travel Award
Dear Colleagues,
As Editor-in-Chief of Machines, I am pleased to announce the winner of the 2017 Travel Award sponsored by Machines:
The Evaluation Committee were very impressed with the high level of work presented. After careful consideration, the Travel Award has been granted to Dr. Oleksandr Dobzhanskyi, a postdoctoral research fellow of the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, North-West University, working on the field of Transverse-Flux (TF) Machines.
The award consisted of 800 Swiss Francs, and is available for the winner to use for attendance and participation in any academic conferences in 2017.
We would also like to deliver our great thanks to the Evaluation Committee members, Drs. Dan Zhang, Hongrui Cao, Giuseppe Carbone, Yaguo Lei and Stefano Mariani, for their comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
