Join Us at “MDPI Open Access—An Author Training Program”, 18 June 2024, Hannover, Germany
MDPI is collaborating with Leibniz University Hannover, Germany, to hold an author training session comprising valuable insights about MDPI journals and open access publishing. MDPI has invited two Journal Relations Specialists to speak at this event: Ms. Anna Krakowka from Materials (ISSN: 1996-1944) and Dr. Paulina Maziarz from Nanomaterials (ISSN: 2079-4991).

Biography |
|
Dr. Paulina Maziarz holds a bachelor’s degree (2014) and a master’s degree (2015) in environmental engineering from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland. She completed her Ph.D. (2020) in natural sciences at the same institution, focusing on the synthesis and application of clay mineral-magnetic nanoparticle composites in heavy metal removal from aqueous solutions. She joined MDPI as an Assistant Editor for Nanomaterials in 2021 and became Section Managing Editor a few months later. In December 2022, she was appointed as the Journal Relations Specialist of Nanomaterials. |

Anna Krakowka holds a master’s degree in materials engineering from Czestochowa University of Technology in Poland. She joined MDPI in January 2021 and became a Special Issue Editor and Section Managing Editor for journal Sections “Materials Science” and “Marine Science”. In 2022, she served as Publishing Manager for the journal Materials; she is now the Journal Relations Specialist for this publication. |
