XXIII Jornadas de Biologia de Leveduras, 9–10 October 2026, Curia, Portugal


We would like to invite you to attend XXIII Jornadas de Biologia de Leveduras, which will be held in Hotel Termas da Cúria, on 9 and 10 October 2026.

In this year’s conference, we are broadening the scope of the meeting to include the participation of our colleagues working on fungi other than yeasts. We intend to create new synergies, exchange ideas, and share the latest knowledge across the following topics:

  • Genomics and evolution;
  • Biotechnology and synthetic biology;
  • Health;
  • Fermented foods and beverages;
  • Drug and stress resistance;
  • Adaptation, cell death and ageing.
