EO&GEO Series: New Milestones in Drones—from New Drones Designs to Real-Time and Artificial Intelligence Applications
Drones have become an increasingly popular tool for mapping and surveying, with their ability to capture high-resolution and multi-sensor imagery. However, traditional mapping techniques often require significant time and effort to process the collected data before use; therefore, real-time drone mapping offers a game-changing solution that will transform various application fields such as emergency response or agriculture. Moreover, in the latter field, agriculture, we are seeing changes in the way drones are being used to map, survey, and collect data with novel drone designs. Following the same trend, with the rise of drones and the increasing use of artificial intelligence, precision agriculture is rapidly evolving and changing the way we approach farming. Therefore, artificial intelligence is empowering agricultural users to make more informed decisions, and to optimize their practice with a precise forecast about the current state of their crops.
We are privileged to have recognized industry and academic experts who will share their experiences and insights on how to effectively leverage these technologies to achieve better results and improve drone productivity in different applications. So, whether you are a researcher, applied scientist, commercial drone user, or simply interested in the latest trends in drones, we invite you to join us for this webinar.
