The "Creativity and Innovation in Digital Economy" CIDE conference (https://cide25.upg-elearning.ro/) aims to provide a framework for debate and the exchange of ideas between specialists from academia, industry, and public administration, sharing the transformations brought about by digitalization in the economy. In a global context marked by accelerated technological progress, digitalization is redefining business models, value chains, and interactions between companies and consumers. Innovation and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and automation, play an essential role in creating more flexible and efficient economic ecosystems.
In an era dominated by rapid transformations, the digital economy is redefining business models, organizational structures, and innovation strategies. The "Creativity and Innovation in Digital Economy" CIDE conference necessarily responds to the emerging challenges and opportunities in this field, providing a space for debate between specialists, researchers, practitioners, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and decision makers.
The implementation of the "Creativity and Innovation in Digital Economy" conference is essential to explore how innovation and creativity can support economic and social development. The event offers participants the opportunity to better understand the challenges of the digital economy and to contribute to the development of viable solutions for the future. Organizing the conference in a hybrid system ensures international participation, promoting an exchange of ideas between researchers from different countries, with personal perspectives on creativity and innovation. Inviting keynote international speakers (Romania, Spain, Italy, etc.,) guarantees a high scientific standard beneficial to the participants. The "Creativity and Innovation in Digital Economy" CIDE conference provides an interdisciplinary framework for analyzing the impact of emerging technologies on the digital economy and how they can stimulate innovation and competitiveness.
We encourage submissions to this Special Issue from both participants and non-participants of the conference.

Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. FinTech is an international peer-reviewed open access quarterly journal published by MDPI.
