
Empowering Academic Growth with MDPI: Online Academic Publishing Workshop with the University of South Florida, 27 October 2025
MDPI is thrilled to collaborate with University of South Florida to hold an online Academic Publishing Workshop dedicated to discussing how to best write and structure academic articles. This workshop aims to support researchers at various stages of their academic journey by providing essential guidance on navigating the publishing process. This is a comprehensive workshop for scholars of all disciplines, which plans to cover:
- MDPI editorial process and peer review process;
- Publication ethics for authors;
- Academic article-writing techniques and publication.
Participants will gain practical guidance on essential aspects of writing academic articles, including manuscript preparation, navigating peer review, and best practices for citation. Attendees can expect to come away with a clearer understanding of the academic publishing landscape and how to successfully contribute to it.

Dr. Aleksandar Antić holds a PhD in geosciences from the University of Novi Sad and completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Lausanne. He joined MDPI in 2019 as an Assistant Editor, later becoming a Special Issue Editor for Sustainability and several social science journals. He also worked in the Training Department before moving into his current role as Journal Relations Specialist and Editorial Group Leader at MDPI’s headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, where he oversees social science journals, including Education Sciences. |
